WarioWare: Move It! Release date, trailer & gameplay

WarioWare: Move It! is coming to the Nintendo Switch, with a whole suite of new microgames. WarioWare is not really one game, but rather dozens of tiny games that test your reflexes.

The announcement of the game came with plenty of details, including the release date - so here is everything we know so far about WarioWare: Move It!

The release date for WarioWare: Move It! is November 3, 2023. It's always nice to get a release date alongside the announcement of a new game, and this new WarioWare title did not disappoint in that regard.

As expected, the game will be available exclusively on the Nintendo Switch. Dedicated fans can pre-order the game from the eShop or at retailers now.

WarioWare: Move It! Trailers

WarioWare: Move It! was announced during the Nintendo Direct on June 21. The surprise announcement was made with the Official Gameplay Trailer below.

The trailer showed some classic WarioWare micro-games, as well as how to play them with the Nintendo Switch Joy-Con controllers. It also showed off multiplayer gameplay, in which two to four players can play microgames together.

WarioWare: Move It! Gameplay

Fans familiar with WarioWare will feel right at home with what was shown at the reveal of the game. Gameplay throughout the series has remained pretty much the same, which is to say completely different from microgame to microgame. Suffice it to say, WarioWare: Move It! will have you up and moving just like the previous title.

As well as playing in single-player mode, WarioWare: Move It! features a two-player co-op mode where two friends can take on a series of two-person microgames together.

There is also a party mode for up to four players. This includes a Mario Party-style board game where players compete by completing microgames and moving across the board.
