Is there a Genshin Impact 4.1 release date?

There is currently no official Genshin Impact 4.1 release date. However, since the game follows a 42-days-per-patch format, we can get the estimated release date for version 4.1 by counting 42 days from August 16, 2023, the day that version 4.0 update was released.

Based on that, Genshin Impact 4.1 update will release on September 27, 2023. Like other updates, it will stay live for 42 days in two phases, each 21 days long.

Before the release of the version 4.0 update, we had Genshin Impact leaked characters and banner details that pointed toward two new five-star Fontaine playable releases.

However, Hoyoverse has since revealed the characters and banners coming with the version 4.1 update. 

Genshin Impact 4.1 update will feature the following characters and banners:

• Neuvillette: 5-Star Hydro Catalyst user 
• Wriothesley: 5-Star Cryo Catalyst user 

So far, there are no details on the featured four-star characters on Neuvillette and Wriothesley's banners. 

Genshin Impact 4.1 new enemies and bosses

Two bosses have been leaked to arrive with Genshin Impact 4.1 update. One holds the appearance of an automaton with AoE attacks, and the other is a bird-like creature.
