The MW2 DMZ Windmill Bag Key is found randomly during your adventures around Vondel. 

The most common ways to gain the key are by killing enemies and looting them, finishing HVT contracts, or looting containers. It's luck of the draw, but once you have access to it, you can track down the corresponding container.

Where to use the Windmill Bag Key in MW2 DMZ

The MW2 DMZ Windmill Bag can be found within in the windmill to the west of the Stadium POI in the E7 area (marked on the map above). It's an easy building to spot from the surrounding general area, so should be an simple approach for players. 

It's worth noting that there are a fair few soldiers in the area, so it may be worth approaching with an armoured vehicle to get in the windmill quicker, or to squad up and bring enough resources to finish the fight.

Once you get to the windmill, you'll need to find the cable on the ground floor to take you up to the next level. From the second level, take a right, and you will come across the Windmill Bag next to some large boxes, with some useful loot inside for you to exfiltrate with.
