FC 24 beta: Start date, time & how to enter

The EA Sports FC 24 beta will be available soon to players, and many will be wondering how you can enter as well as what time and date it will begin. The beta for FC 24 is the first opportunity for many players to get hands-on with the next iteration of EA’s popular football series.

This is the first time ever that EA has dropped the FIFA licence from the game, whilst we will also see women playable in Ultimate Team for the first time, making the beta the most exciting it has been in years. Women being introduced will completely change the meta of the game, alongside the new PlayStyles being introduced.

So let’s dive into what we can expect from the FC 24 beta, including when it begins, what’s included, and how to enter.

How to enter the FC 24 beta

The only way to gain access to the EA Sports FC 24 beta is by email invitation directly from EA, so check your inbox just in case you have an invite in there that you might have missed.

You will also not be eligible to receive beta emails if you haven't already signed up to EA Playstesting through their official website. To do so, head to the EA Playtesting page, press the 'Become a Playstester' button, and follow through the process - making sure to select 'EA Sports FC/FIFA' as your interested game.

This is the only way you can get onto the FC 24 closed beta, and no one really knows how EA decides who to invite, it’s more than likely just random. Emails were sent out on August 9, 2023 so if you haven’t got the invite you will have unfortunately missed out for now.

EA Sports FC 24 beta start & end date

The FC 24 beta start date and time is set for August 10, 2023, at 6pm BST for those who have been invited. You will be able to play the game until August 31, with no limitations on how much or how often you play. 

Furthermore, there will also be an invitation by EA to give any feedback regarding the game before it releases in September, so make sure to let them know what you think and if you experienced any bugs or issues when playing.

What modes are included in FC 24?

The FC 24 beta includes a variety of different game modes for players to stress test and really push to the limit. We have listed below all of the game modes that will be included in the beta, the biggest omissions are Career Mode and Clubs, which unfortunately aren’t included.

• Kick-Off
• Learn to Play
• Online Seasons 
• Co-op Seasons
• Online Friendlies
