The Masterless Marauder hunt location for the Behemoth King Notorious Mark in Final Fantasy 16 can be a tricky one to find, but the rewards for doing so are exponential once you do.

While the Hunt Board in the game will give you clues as to where each of the Notorious Marks is, you may need a bit of help finding the exact spot to find and defeat your quarry.

Final Fantasy 16 Masterless Marauder hunt map location: Where to find Behemoth King in FF16

As you can see in the map location above, the Behemoth King Hunt in Final Fantasy 16 is located in Vidargraes in Northeastern Waloed. Your best fast-travel point will be the Vidargraes marker.

From there, head right and make for the larger open area on the way. You can’t miss the Behemoth King standing in the open field, so approach it when you are ready to take it down.

However, you won’t be able to access the Hunt until you have completed the “Nobody’s Tool” side quest, so make sure you have done so to get hunting.

How to beat Behemoth King, the Masterless Marauder hunt boss

To defeat the Masterless Marauder Notorious Mark in Final Fantasy 16, you’ll need to take care to time your precise dodges carefully to help bolster your damage and secure a window to attack.

This is a gargantuan fight, so it will require you to use all of your Eikonic Abilities to their fullest potential. At this point, it would help to have three Eikons at your disposal, and an array of ranged attacks to help chip away at its health.

We also recommend having some particularly strong weapons to fall your foe, so it may even be worth taking the time to craft the Gotterdammerung weapon.

As the Behemoth King is an S-tier Notorious Mark, the rewards for defeating it are quite substantial. For defeating the Behemoth King in Final Fantasy 16, you’ll be rewarded with:

• 55x Renown
• 20,000 Gil
